Feeling a bit ‘meh’ lately?

If you suspect you’re not enjoying your life as fully as you should be, an upcoming workshop could help.

Niamh Connolly, the Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) therapist behind The Mind Gym, is hosting a four-hour interactive afternoon at the Montenotte Hotel on Sunday November 11th.

The workshop, which runs from 2pm-6pm (tickets are €40 here), will help you identify the areas of your life that could benefit from change, and then give you the skills and tools you need to transform them.

Topics that will be covered include how we think (the neurology of thought), reframing our thoughts, managing expectations and daily habits to promote wellbeing.

There’ll be a generous Q&A to finish the afternoon and everyone will go home with a self-care gift and a full set of CBT hand outs so you can keep your new zen outlook going with handy tips to try when the workshop is over.
