Whether you’re a strict vegan or just going easy on the meat when you can, there’s a brunch like no other coming to Bantry this weekend.

To celebrate Taste of West Cork Food Festival, vegan chef and food stylist Suzanna Melinn from Banana Melon Kitchen will be laying on a delicious plant-based spread in Organico in Bantry on Saturday, September 15th from 10am to 12.30pm.

Suzanna is passionate about creating vibrant, beautiful plant-based food that doesn’t compromise on flavour or satisfaction.

Brunch (tickets are €20 here) includes this week’s savoury dish; sourdough with roasted cauliflower, cannellini bean aoili, sesame seed brittle and zesty chimchurri.

We can already taste it.

For dessert you can sink your teeth into an orange blossom and chocolate ganache tart with honeycomb and smoked sea salt – bliss.

Prosecco cocktails are an optional extra but you should be feeling so virtuous by noon that really; why not?
